Bring a yoga mat, mat towel and drinking water for your practice; you can bring your own refillable bottle to be filled at the studio. We rent yoga mats for $3 each. All mats are disinfected after each use.
Wear minimal clothing, whatever you feel comfortable with. Keep in mind some of our classes are heated and you will sweat!
Come to class on a semi-empty stomach, avoid coffee before class, and drink lots of water. Try not to eat any heavy meals 2 – 3 hours before practicing, and do arrive well hydrated!
Start with our New Student Special or just a drop-in class. We do recommend a membership of at least 10 classes so that you can practice and begin seeing some results. This will also allow you to see how fitting yoga into your busy schedule can make your life and your body feel so much better.
- Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to class time, latecomers are NOT permitted into class, sorry we don’t want to disturb those practicing.
- Please leave your cell-phones off .
- Refrain from wearing any fragrances when coming to class.
- Please respect the silence of the studio and keep your conversations for the lobby.
