During our Candlelight Flow Yoga you will enjoy a peaceful and relaxing candlelit room as you move from one pose to the next. A perfect way to unwind after a busy day or busy weekend. This warm, dynamic class encompasses a flow to warm the body. Available to all levels and to those looking to deepen and strengthen their practice.
The core is where your center of gravity originates. You will build a stronger core, therefore a stronger practice. Students are always encouraged to stay at their own level.
Great for beginners or people who prefer a slower paced class. Flow in and out of poses with a strong emphasis on alignment and breath. Taking the time to settle deeper into postures, helps develop a strong foundation regardless of how long you have been practicing.
Heated Power is taught in 90 degrees. Power yoga flow will torch your calories, tone, strengthen and rinse your body, clear your mind and leave you with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment.
Restorative Yoga is another offshoot of Hatha Yoga. My method of Restorative includes the support of blocks, bolsters, and blankets as well as healing touch with essential oils. This practice is a series of 7 postures during which you are gifted the opportunity to reach a deep state of relaxation and maybe even homeostasis for deep cellular repair. I also incorporate Energy Therapy for added assistance in your personal healing.

In this Vinyasa Flow class you will synchronize breath with movement. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. In a Vinyasa class, students awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility in a fun atmosphere.
Heated at 80... waking and warming up your body and mind. Getting ready for the day. Teacher will take requests as to what students need that morning, in this Vinyasa Flow class.
Yin Yoga stretches the connective tissue around the joints. Mainly targeting the ankles, knees, hips and pelvis. Postures are practiced on the ground in seated, supine and prone positions. They are held passively for 2-5 min. You will also learn breathing meditation for optimal physical and mental balance.
Heated around 80. Combines the deeper physical and mental release offered Yin practice and The energizing experience created by a yang practice. First part of class is meditation and longer held poses on floor (Yin). Second part is dynamic Flow (yang) ending in a full supported savasana for full integration of experience.
